A two-night Omakase experience paired with cognac cocktails.
Eater teamed up with Hennessy to throw an epic two night dinner party featuring Omakase masters. We transformed an empty studio space in Manhattan’s Chinatown in to a dreamy Japanese inspired oasis to set the mood for guests. Here’s how it all came together.
The Space
It starts with a moodboard, and a dream. The dream was to build a custom pergola in the center of a Chinatown test kitchen. We transformed the Eater test kitchen from an empty room in to a serene oasis. Guests were taken on a journey from the moment they walked in to the space.
